His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Abdullatif Fahd bin Jalal, President of the Bahrain Athletics Association is participating by official invitation from the President of the UAE Athletics Federation, Major General Dr. Mohammed Al Murr, in the first meeting for the best performances in athletics field, under the title “Successful Experiences,” which will be held tomorrow, Friday, at the Museum of the Future in Dubai.
The meeting will be held in cooperation with the Asian Football Confederation, the Dubai Police General Command, and the Dubai Sports Council, with the participation of officials from international federations around the world.
The meeting includes the administrative pillars axis, which reviews the most important effective strategies for athletics, the plan for managing world championships in athletics field, the role of management and governance in the success of athletics federations. Whereas the technical pillars axis will cover promoting ethical practices in athletics, the role of academies and training centers in creating champions and developing the arbitration system.
The forum aims to exchange experiences and expertise in development practices, and global experiences to develop the athletics system and upgrading the game in the UAE and the region.
