The World champion Winfred Yavi finished the women’s 3000m steeplechase race in 9:03:10 minutes, ahead of the Kenyan competitor “Petric Jepkoech” who came in second place with 9:03:70 minutes, and her compatriot “Faith Cherotich” who came in Third place with 9:07:59 minutes.
